Make Your Own Belgian Truffles

Belgian truffles

Ah....Belgian truffles: rich chocolate taste, melt-in-your-mouth goodness, and for those who don't live in the land of chocolate, never further from you than your own kitchen.

That's right, you may not live in Belgium but you can enjoy Belgian truffles made with your own two hands.

If you can get your hands on it, we do recommend Jacques Callebaut Belgian chocolate for that authentic chocolate taste.

Whatever chocolate you have available, here's a recipe that will tempt your tastebuds.
